Apartments close to the sea. It takes you 1 minute walk to the first beach (circa 100 meters distance). Beach House Villa is holiday apartment rental located in quiet part of Premantura, Istria, Croatia (nearby Medulin and Pula city), just at the beginning of the pine trees park. All apartments are with sea view.

The house has kids playground, ping-pong table, charcoal and gas (American style) barbecues for all 6 apartments guests shared use.

BEACH HOUSE VILLA contains 6 modern and fully equipped apartments:

2 apartments are ground floor, each with terrace,
2 apartments with balcony on the 1st floor,
2 apartments are 2nd (top) floor with no balcony, but still with sea view

Bedrooms

Apartments #1 and #2 have 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a queen bed for 2 persons. The second contains 2 single beds that may be put together or separated.

Apartments #3, #4, #5 and #6 have 1 bedroom each. The bedroom contains 1 queen bed for 2 persons and 1 single bed.

The ground floor apartments #1 and #2 have spacious private terraces. Especially the apartment #2 has 65 square meters terrace with charcoal BBQ and big 3 meters long table for up to 14 persons for private use.

Guests of the 1st floor and 2nd floor apartments have also possibility to use shared front yard and backyard area equipped with kids playground, ping-pong table, gas (American style) and charcoal BBQs and several outside tables for spending good time with your family and friends :-)

It takes you 1 min walk to the first beach (circa 100 meters distance). Then additional 5 minutes walk will bring you to the Beach Bar "Bunker" with the awesome sea view.
