Beach House Villa is located in quiet part of Premantura, Istria, Croatia (nearby Medulin and Pula city), just at the beginning of the pine trees park. All apartments have sea view. It takes you 1 min walk to the first beach (circa 100 meters distance). A smaller portion of the beach is sand and the rest are rocks/pebbles. The house is surrounded with just 3 other houses.

 

Beach House Villa contains 6 modern and fully equipped apartments:

• 2 apartments are on the ground floor, each with terrace,

• 2 on the first floor, each with balcony and

• 2 on the second (top) floor with no balcony, but still with sea view

All apartments are fully equipped. Two apartments on the ground floor have big private terraces. Especially the apartment #2 has large 65 square meters private terrace only for this apartment guests use. The terrace is fully equipped. It includes charcoal barbecue, summer outside kitchen, 3 meters long table for up to 14 persons, outside shower, loungers, lounger armchairs.

The guests of 4 upper floor apartments are free to use the shared area of the backyard. The shared area contains 2 big tables, stand with summer kitchen, electric BBQ and gas (American style) barbecue. The shared area is available for use of all guests from the apartments 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6.

Also the house has kids playground, ping-pong table, charcoal and gas (American style) barbecues for all 6 apartments guests shared use.
